The Bay complex is nestled along the beachfront, this remarkable complex is only 500 meters from the main beach and within walking distance of the tidal pool. Offering breathtaking ocean views, communal braai areas, and a heated pool, it provides an ideal blend of coastal serenity and modern comfort. Its proximity to shops and other amenities ensures both convenience and leisure for residents and visitors alike.
Located on the ground floor, level to the parking, The Bay 7 can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a TV where you use streaming apps using your own login details and offers a sea-facing patio. It features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. A guest bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave, along with basic cutlery and crockery. Additionally, there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. The lounge, furnished with comfortable couches and a smart TV with a media box and it opens up to the patio with breathtaking sea views. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi.
The apartment comes with an inverter that powers the TV, Wi-Fi and 1 lamp.
