Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm all bookings and the balance of payment is due 1 month before arrival, plus an R3000 breakage deposit.
The breakage deposit is refunded after the inventory check has been completed.
The breakage deposit is refundable in full, should a booking be cancelled.
In the event of an intensive clean, i.e. carpets shampooed, lounge cushions laundered, etc. the cost will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
The house is serviced on alternative weekdays - not weekends or public holidays. Daily servicing is possible on request at an additional charge.
All linen, towels plus beach towels are supplied.
Children older than 8 years are welcome.
No pets are permitted at all.
