Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4080 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please be advised that there are 2 short flights of stairs leading down to the unit from the parking area.
Please note that there is an additional once-off administration fee of R660 and a refundable breakage deposit equal to one night's stay, which is not included in this quotation. All breakage deposits are refunded on the 10th of each month unless booking in December, which is the Peak period.
The unit is serviced Monday- Saturday except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
We do not accept cheques.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
We reserve the right to substitute similar accommodation, should the unit booked not be available for any reason whatsoever.
We do not take student bookings or any bookings for unsupervised guests under the age of 25.
We reserve the right to evict any student who is not accompanied by a responsible adult.
The maximum number of people occupying the unit must not exceed the number of beds. Overcrowding will result in a 10% per nightly rate added per additional guests if pre-arranged. If not pre-arranged, tenants will be evicted in the event of overcrowding and all monies paid will be forfeited.
