House Rules
- When renting The Bean Tree you have access to the entire Villa. Lucky Bean, Ndale and Ugba are all available to rent individually, however for The Barn to be rented, it is necessary to rent the entire villa.
- Guests can bring their own DStv decoder, smart card and cables, or can stream DStv Now via the TV in the unit.
- The Bean Tree is pet friendly, however we request that owners clean up after their pets.
- No children under 16-years old permitted.
- To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, please do not smoke or vape in the rooms. If you feel a need to smoke, please do so outside. Extra cleaning fees to remove odour and stains may be applied.
- No parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour. Authorities will be contacted for your removal. Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- The pool area closes at 20:00. To avoid injury, no diving, bombing or running in the pool area. Children are not allowed in the swimming pool area. No drinking glasses or bottles are to be taken into the pool or left on the pool's rim. Please put glasses on the tables or deck around the pool.
Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the establishment. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
