House Rules
Please take note that during Level 2 restrictions only 70 guests are allowed to visit the Lagoon restaurant. Each unit is allocated 2-hours a day and are required to book a time slot with the concierge services at the Lifestyle Centre.
No lagoon visits on check out date. Breakfast can be enjoyed before 10h00 at restaurant on check out date.
Please be considerate of your neighbours and reduce noise by 10 pm.
Please do not flush any personal items such as sanitary pads or condoms in the toilet, use bags provided and dispose of in the bin.
Smoking is only permitted on the balconies and designated smoking area in front of the lifestyle centre. No smoking in the lagoon area.
No floating devices are allowed on the lagoon if it is not hired/let from or supplied by the Aquatic Centre.
No hard balls allowed in the lifestyle centre and lagoon area.
Only appropriate swimwear allowed at the lagoon area.
No food, drinks or snacks may be brought into the lifestyle centre. Anything you would like to eat or drink needs to be bought from Amici.
No glass or alcohol is allowed in the lagoon area.
No use of drones or photo cameras allowed in the estate.
Please keep all communal areas clean and tidy.
Please do not leave any rubbish bags outside the apartment, use the green bins provided downstairs next to the building.
Please do not throw anything from the balconies, this includes cigarette buds, bottles or any litter.
Please do not hang anything outside on the balcony, this includes, mops laundry or towels.
Please respect the staff of our service providers.
No parties allowed.
