Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A daily, 1-hour cleaning is included in the rate. The cleaning does not include the washing of dishes and does not apply on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Required Documents - In order for a booking to be honoured we require:
1. A copy of ID / Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules.
Guests are required to bring their own towels.
R400 Linen fee applicable to 2 night bookings only.
We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's.
The Boulders has a no noise policy as this is a residential complex.
