The only words that come to mind is 'wow'. The place is so neat and well-maintained. The ambience is very calming, perfect for a rest after a long business day. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. They are fully equipped for every situation this country may throw their way (back-up power and extremely fast WiFi). I highly recommend.

What a truly amazing experience I had staying the night at this little gem in Joburg! The cottage was spotlessly clean and tidy, and I loved all the attention to detail that was there to make me feel right at home (e.g. the honesty bar). I felt extremely safe, and load shedding never interrupted my remote working, as there is full solar power and WiFi at all times. The hosts were very helpful and gracious, and gave me all the privacy that I required. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope to book again soon!

This place ticked all the boxes from the friendly hosts, easy access, privacy, beautiful garden, immaculate cottage, great WiFi, nice selection of breakfast goodies, peace and quiet, no power interruption because of solar power on the property, in fact everything was perfect. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Joburg.

A true "home away from home".

This was truly a home away from home. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Friendly guard at the gate, to very welcoming hosts and easy parking and access to the property. Wow, what a beautiful garden. I just loved the little touches that made it feel like home - the fresh fruit, coffee for the morning, the little breakfast treats, the super spacious shower, a very comfortable bed to sleep in, and a really peaceful working space. With solar power available, I didn't even need to worry about power cuts. From now on, when I'm in town, this will be my go-to home, and I will most certainly recommend this little gem.
