Description

The Crafty Coal Stove is situated in Scottsville, Pietermaritzburg, and offers quality accommodation for a small family or business traveller. It is centrally located and within easy reach of the Henry Gwala station. The accommodation is a short drive from the Pietermaritzburg airport, University of KwaZulu-Natal, the Golden Horse Casino, racecourse, town centre and shopping centres.

The loft room, located in the owner's house with a private entrance, is divided into a sleeping area and a living area. It comprises a double bed and a single bed. Additional camping beds can be supplied by prior arrangement. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower over a bath, toilet and basin. The unit features air-conditioning and the kitchenette area has a bar fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The living area also boasts a TV with Netflix subscription and guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay. There is also a study area where guests can plug in a computer and charge their phone.

A light breakfast is included which consists of cereals and milk. A warm breakfast, as well as other meals, are available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

Guests can enjoy the meals in the privacy of their room or with the hosts. Everything is prepared on 1 of the coal stoves. If guests want to prepare their own meals on a coal stove, they can make use of the home kitchen, which is equipped for every task. Braai facilities are also available.
