These open-stands allow a maximum of 4 people and 1 car per stand. The stands have use of shared ablution facilities with solar lights and gas geysers, as well as a separate wash-up area to do dishes. The campsites are pet friendly.

Rates displayed are on a camping basis, and guests are required to bring along their own equipment.
House Rules
Only 4 people and 1 car permitted per stand. Cars and trailers to be parked within your designated area.
There are no electrical points situated at the campsites and all braai areas are situated along the river. So please bring along lanterns/torches and portable braais for your campsite.
Respect quiet hours: from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only.
Use of fireworks or other explosives within campgrounds and dog park is strictly prohibited.
Preserve and protect your environment. Leave natural areas the way you find them. Do not carve, chop, cut and damage any live trees. Do not throw any cigarette butts, cooldrink cans, papers etc on grounds or in rivers. Polluting of river and grounds will NOT be tolerated.

Please note that we only allow socialised dogs at The Crooked Tree. Being socialised means that your dogs are socialised with other dogs, adults and children.
Clean up after your pets: Whether you're at your campsite, walking through the campground or walking your dog, always clean up after your pets. Be sure your pet doesn't go to the bathroom on someone else's campsite, either.
