House Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of any cigarette butts properly.
Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you have visitors, please let the host know in advance and make sure they leave by a reasonable hour.
Please do not bring any additional guests or pets onto the property without the host's permission.
The host is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure to lock the property when you are not there and keep your belongings secure.
The host is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property. By staying at the property, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.
