The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the third bedroom contains a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains a double sleeper couch, a bunk bed, and a tri-bunk bed. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests. All the bedrooms are situated upstairs, and 2 of them offer views of the swimming pool and the garden, while the others overlook neighbours properties. The house also comprises an open-plan downstairs living area, dining room, and a TV lounge. There is also a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
The Mini Floridian can accommodate 4 guests and comes equipped with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a shower. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains a bunk bed. Other in-room facilities include a small kitchen and lounge area. This unit also comes equipped with its own private entrance.
The Miami is a free-standing unit that comprises 2 bedrooms that share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower. It also features a well-equipped kitchen, private patio with a breakfast nook, and access to some on-site facilities.
