Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The house has rechargeable lights for load shedding.
The final rental amount is to be paid via EFT to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1500 management fee and R 3000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakage deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival.
A maximum of 8 people sharing 4 bedrooms. Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair.
Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings and no fireplace safety screens.
Linen and bath towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. Bring your own beach/swimming towels.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking indoors is not allowed. Please discard of cigarettes in the ashtray provided and not on the patio, in the garden or down the toilets.
Unruly and/or noisy behaviour will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbours. No loud music or noise after 22h00.
A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
The house has septic tanks. Only human waste, toilet paper and septic tank-friendly cleaning materials are to be flushed down the toilets.
A housekeeping service is not included but is an optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
