Description
The Hangman's Lookout is a self-catering cottage located on a picturesque farm in Groenfontein Valley, outside the town of Calitzdorp. The cottage is built on stilts on the side of a hill overlooking a creek and offers a private retreat that is ideal for a couple, cyclists and mountain bikers.
This charming cottage can accommodate 2 guests and has an open-plan design consisting of a sleeping area, living area, and kitchenette. The cottage is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the separate bathroom is fitted with a shower.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The living area has a comfy couch as well as a built-in fireplace and leads to a wooden deck with views of the leafy surroundings. Wi-Fi is available and the cottage is equipped with solar power.
To reach the cottage, guests must navigate a staircase after a short walk through a tree-lined area of the farm.
