Description
The Icon is a gorgeous and chic self-catering apartment situated in a secure complex which is located in the heart of Cape Town CBD. This could be an ideal option for either a couple or tourists wanting to explore the Mother City.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom with a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine is available too. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.
This living space opens onto a covered balcony with an outdoor dining table and a gas braai which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening. Guests have full access to the communal swimming pool area which has sun loungers too.
