The Islands 13 is a gorgeous apartment nestled within a secure complex, offering picturesque sea views. While direct beach access isn't provided, you'll find Thompson’s Bay Beach within a short stroll from the apartment. This charming beach is renowned for its tidal pool and wind-sheltered location, making it perfect for activities like swimming, surfing, scuba diving, fishing, and even whale and dolphin watching. The vicinity boasts an array of dining spots, pubs, and golf courses. Additionally, the well-loved Tiffany's Shopping Centre and Sage are conveniently close to the apartment.

This first-floor apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a TV and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Each room includes either a ceiling fan or air conditioning.
