The Neighbours is a lovely self-catering holiday home located in Kleinmond. It’s the ideal spot for a family vacation as it’s located within close proximity to the beach.

This holiday home sleeps 9 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main, second, and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 3 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and washbasin and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There’s also a guest toilet. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is located downstairs and the remaining 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is located upstairs

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a scullery and a dining table with chairs. This area further extends into the living room furnished with a couch and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The glass stack doors open onto the patio with outdoor furniture and partial sea views in the distance. Off-street parking is available on-site for 2 vehicles.
