The hotel standard is good but the customer care is zero.

I was never told that the geyser was switched off. No one took me to the cottage to show me how things worked, as a result I had to bath in cold water in a very cold Machadodorp. I was very upset. I arrived at around 9 pm. The gentleman I met just checked me in and gave me the key to the cottage. He never took me there as it is custom in the hospitality industry. As a result I had to figure out a lot of things by trial an error. Like, it is cold, there is no visible heater or kaggel in the room, then I later figured out there are electric blankets. I never knew the geyser is switched off and had to bath in cold water the next morning. It was a horrible experience for me. My recommendation is to train your staff on hospitality, and have a security (gate man) to open rather than stopping at the gate and phone the manager to come and open. It exposes your customer to dangers of being hijacked right in front of your establishment.
