Not 4-star.

The place itself looks appealing and the rooms are tidy, but downstairs, especially the kitchen area was not very clean and the smell was not pleasant. The parking area is safe but during loadshedding, this is no backup power for the roller shutter so the guard has to manually open the roller which takes 10 minutes to do. Overall I will rate this place 3 stars.

Parking is an issue; cleanliness also need attention.

I did not enjoy my stay at Paralian to the extent that I checked out a day early. The windows were so dirty that you could not enjoy the sea view and parking is a real issue. Staff try their best, but there is just not enough parking space. You are either parking someone in and then called to move your car or your car is parked in, which means you must wait for someone else to move their car. Cars are squeezed in making it very difficult to get your car in and out. The surroundings are also not safe enough to just park your car in the street outside.
