The Patrician Guesthouse is a lovely self-catering holiday home with a partial sea view located in the coastal town of Dwarskersbos, Velddrif. This an ideal choice of accommodation for a family wanting to explore the West Coast.

This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a private balcony and is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom fitted with a shower. Crisp percale linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

The living area features a spacious kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. An ice machine is also available. Additionally, there are 2 lounges combined with an open-plan dining room with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together.

Outside the unit, there is a covered patio with outdoor furniture, braai facilities and a lovely swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property.
