Awesome stay at The Plover @ 45!

Gerhard and Antoinette were excellent hosts, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We had a few power outages, but Gerhard even rushed out to buy diesel to ensure the generator kept our lights on at all times. A porta pool was erected for our usage and the breakfasts were delicious!

Christmas with family.

Very neat and clean units. The hosts and staff very friendly. Breakfast top class. Will be back. Lovely spot.

Geriewe nie na wense.

Baie duur betaal vir wat ons gekry het in vergelyking met die ander ander verblyfplekke waar ons bespreek het. Die kragtoevoer het bly flikker. Eienaars beweer dit is Eskom wat onwaarskynlik was. Moes 2 keer gaan vra by eienaar vir water omdat daar nie 'n druppel water in die krane was nie. Kon nie stort of toilet geriewe gebruik nie. Eienaar moes dan eers 'n "pomp" gaan aansit. Sal nie verblyf aanbeveel teen daardie prys nie.

Had to ask the owner twice for water because there was not a drop of water in the taps. Couldn't use shower or toilet facilities. The owner then first had to turn on a "pump". Would not recommend accommodation at that price.

Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize for the lack of water and electricity issues. I can, however, assure you we have logged complaints with our service providers on numerous occasions regarding the water and bad electricity supply we experienced over the holiday period. This was a problem experienced by all in town.
