The Red Barn Dullstroom offers private, peaceful and pet-friendly accommodation, overlooking sparkling clear dams and the gorgeous Dullstroom countryside.
Accommodation at The Red Barn Dullstroom consists of 3 self-catering accommodation options.
The Stables offers 6 en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a living area which has canvas drop-down walls, offering views of the surrounding countryside. All rooms have wood burning fireplaces and there are inside and outside braais at the dining area. All rooms have extra blankets and hot water bottles. Bedding, towels, 1 load of firewood and basic cleaning supplies are supplied.
The Homestead consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a TV and a large fireplace to warm the house in winter months. The Homestead also boasts a covered entertainment area with a braai and fire pit, and a gas pizza oven.
The Dairy Cottage is the smallest accommodation option on the farm, and can sleep 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. The cottage also has a well-equipped kitchen, and a living area has a fireplace and there is a fire pit and 2 patios at this cottage as well.
The Red Barn is approximately 30 km along the main tar road outside of Dullstroom towards Lydenburg. Guests can enjoy the Dullstroom farmland at its best, with hiking, birding and bass fishing in any of the 5 dams and also enjoy wild fly fishing on the own stretch of the Dorps River.
