I enjoyed the stay.

The one issue I had with the stay was the parking. You have to park across the road in undercover parking, and this is at an additional cost. Furthermore, the parking was full of litter. Yes, it is a shared parking area, but considering it is the recommended option and you pay for it, the hotel should ensure cleanliness or have a designated level which they can then keep clean.

Horror.

On the last day of our stay, the duvet had a drop of blood. We called reception and asked for housekeeping to come and change the bed. It took an hour for housekeeping to arrive.
