Description

The Rose Cottage is a garden cottage located on the owner's property, situated in Claremont. The property is within close proximity to Cavendish Square Shopping Centre, and Newlands cricket and rugby stadiums.

This fully furnished cottage has its own private verandah and entrance, and consists of open-plan living. The cottage is equipped with 1 double bed in the living area, and there is a small room with 1 single bed. The bathroom features a shower and basin, and there is a separate toilet. The kitchenette contains heat- and eat-appliances such as a bar fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine.

In addition, the cottage contains a TV with normal TV channels, should guests want access to DStv channels, it can be arranged at an extra free. Wi-Fi in the cottage is uncapped and reliable. Guests have full access to the large garden and pool on the property.

All linen, bath and swimming towels, as well as a picnic blanket and beach umbrella, are provided. Secure parking is available for 1 car in front of the cottage.

The Rose Cottage is situated within 5 minutes walk from Kingsbury Hospital, a public library, and 10 minutes drive from UCT.
