It was quiet and in a great location. The place is safe.

Net een bottel water in die yskas sou welkom wees. As ook net twee pakkies koffie of teesakkies met melk en suiker oos in 'n gastehuis. Daar is nie winkels in die omgewing nie.

This is a self catering apartment. The company does not provide bottles water or coffee.
You should have contacted the host, Des, if you needed assistance with switching on the TV.
There is a superette quick shop directly opposite the Sails and another shop directly opposite the canal walk Bridge.
Security attends to guests as they come to check in. They could have been busy whilst you were waiting to be checked in. I went and viewed the camera footage and found security busy while you waited to be checked in.

An excellent location and apartment.

Des is an excellent host and made every effort to help out when and where needed. The apartment was adequate for a 58, 27 and 10 year old. Just needed more lighting in the kitchen as it was hard to see at night.

Absolutely lovely

The manager Des was wonderful, kind and super awesome, the service was great, my husband enjoyed his birthday at The Sails and would love to bring our family on our next stay for a longer holiday. Great job, keep up the excellent service.
