Nice and tidy place and located near most shops, but visibility of the owners/management a gap.

The place is beautiful but we didn't have too good a time. The first night doused in lukewarm water (and it was bitterly cold weather in Clarens) only to find out the next morning that the geyser was never turned on. After it was put on by the cleaner first thing the next morning, we went for a hike and upon returning to the cottage looked forward to a hot shower, only to find out there was no water :-(. We couldn't until late at night for first time hot shower. The owners/management was nowhere to be seen and we feel that everything is left to the cleaner. Don't think it's good for business. The area was not quiet as there is a large construction going on next door and the primary school was located opposite, but we were not unhappy about it.

Beautiful place with a nice patio.

House is very new and clean and beautifully decorated and designed.

We stayed in the main Stoke House and it was even better looking than the website images. As Lindsay owns the Brewery it would be really cool if she popped a sample of each beer they make in fridge, just an idea. Think even if the cost was added at cost price or something it would be a nice touch.

A superb property beautifully decorated and appointed. Everything you need is available other than DSTV. Wished we could have stayed longer
