The peace and quiet was just what we needed.

Thanks so much for a lovely stay. The Studio @ Mount View Lodge was well equipped and cosy. We enjoyed the beautiful view and the lovely sunbirds in the garden.

Alles was perfek en soos per die beskrywing.

Die Studio is effens uit die hoofstroom maar dit voeg net by tot die rustige omgewing. Alles was perfek soos per die beskywing en daar is alles wat mens sou benodig om die verblyf aangenaam en gerieflik te maak. Sal beslis weer die Sudio opsoek indien ons in die omgewing verblyf soek.

Comfortable and classy accommodation with beautiful surroundings. Excellent service and attention to detail. Adorable and loving dogs. All around lovely stay!

Sunbirds and serenity.

Highly recommended when visiting the Garden Route. The Studio is situated up a winding mountain pass with beautiful views, close to Sedgefield. Easily accessible with a sedan, and offering safe parking. You are greeted with an abundance of sunbirds fluttering around feeders on your doorstep. A great base to explore trails, bird hides and towns in the area from. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Barbara was very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the fresh herbs and fresh tomatoes that awaited us in the kitchen! Nespresso machine, plunger and ground coffee in the room was a bonus. You could hear Nightjars calling at sunset. Lots of bird books and games supplied to keep you occupied. Or just sit on the patio and enjoy the view. Recommend having lunch or dinner at Montecello in Sedgefield - seafood, espetadas and veg options available. Also great cheesecake!

Die studio is 'n ware hawe, ons het baie lekker gerus en die 2 vriendelikste honde het ons geselskap gehou. Die voëlkos en nektarhouers reg voor die studio het gesorg vir die beste voël kyk. Ons was nog steeds naby genoeg aan restaurante en strand. Sal beslis die Studio @ Mountain View aanbeveel.

Asemrowend uitsig, fantastiese atmosfeer.

Barbara het uit haar pad gegaan om ons tuis te laat voel. My seuntjie het die koeie baie geniet asook die honde wat aan die eienaar behoort. Sal definitief die plek aanbeveel vir iemand wat die omgewing wil besoek en nie in die dorp wil bly nie.

Absolutely heavenly.

What a peaceful stay. It's quiet, with most beautiful mountain views. The only noise is from the the most amazing bird life right at your door. I highly recommend this place to everyone wanting a relaxing time away. The owners are just a message away if you need anything, otherwise they leave you in peace to enjoy your stay.

If you are looking for peace and quiet you are at the right place. The dogs and host are out of this world, we got spoilt rotten. Definitely coming back.

Pet friendly studio amongst the trees.

Eclectically decorated, king size bed, lovely to watch the Amethyst Sunbirds feeding and Pin-tailed Whydah displaying.

Quiet retreat with everything you need. Close enough to shops and beaches if needed. Welcoming and accommodating host. Dog and child friendly. This was our second visit in 3 months. Highly recommended.

Quiet, picturesque, soul refreshing and five star. Studio is fully equipped and dog-friendly. Worth every cent. Close to George and Knysna. A real gem. Fantastic getaway.
