Description

The Summer House is a sunny self-contained self-catering unit located approximately 20 m away from the main house, flanked by beautiful mountain views on the west, and the golf course on the east. The property is located in the quiet suburb of Hermanus Heights, and the Station Square Shopping Centre is under 2 km away, and the Fernkloof Nature Reserve up the road.

The unit has its own private entrance, and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom contains an extra-length king-size bed allowing you to sleep peacefully. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The bedroom has sliding doors opening to the patio.

The kitchen is accessed via the patio and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools.

The lovely large patio features outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a 9 m long swimming pool, all for your exclusive use. The unit has its own driveway behind an electric gate.
