Description
Room 1 has a lockable sliding door and gate entry and is furnished with a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a large shower, basin, and a toilet; a shower chair can be made available by prior arrangement. This room contains block-out curtains, a ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi access, mosquito prevention gadgets, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, including complimentary milk, sugar. Guests can enjoy a hot beverage on the verandah and admire the lovely view of the garden and Albert Falls Dam below.

No under 16's may play snooker.
No smoking, drinking or eating around or on the snooker table will be accepted.
Children or anyone who are unable to swim may only use the swimming pool under strict supervision.
Please do not harm, approach or feed the animals.
Guests may invite day visitors to join them on-site for the day from 9am but visitors must leave by 6pm.
A reasonable noise level must be kept and may at no time disturb the neighbors. No music or excessive noise after midnight.
Self Catering rooms will only be serviced from Monday to Friday. The Cottage is serviced at an additional cost per day.
No adults to sleep on the sleeper couch at The Cottage.
The geyser operates on gas; water is pumped from a Jojo water reservoir via a pressure-pump through the gas geyser and this all requires electricity. Load-shedding will mean that the pressure pump will not work nor will the water run.
Guests are requested not to tamper with the pressure pump or gas geyser.
Guests are requested to use the water sparingly as running the Jojo dry may result in the pressure pump becoming damaged. If you are concerned that the Jojo is running lower than half, please contact the owner.
No smoking in The Cottage.
Guests at The View will be issued 2 remotes for gate access and Guests at The Cottage will be issued 1 remote and keys. There is a penalty charge if keys or remotes are lost or not returned.

The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a large shower, a basin, toilet; a shower chair can be made available by prior arrangement. A 2nd door can open into the bathroom in Room 3 and can be locked for privacy or open to create a linked family unit. This room contains block-out curtains, a ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi access, mosquito prevention gadgets, tea- and coffee-making facilities, including complimentary milk, sugar. Guests can enjoy a hot beverage at the coffee table on the verandah, and admire the lovely view of the garden and Albert Falls Dam below.

Room 3 is a lovely room with a stunning view of the garden. It is furnished with a king-size bed and on request, a cot can be made available or a blow-upmattress for a child under age 5. It is recommended that children and additional family members stay in Room 2. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath, a basin, and a toilet and the 2nd door in the bathroom opens into Room 2 making it an ideal family unit. This door otherwise remains locked. Room 2 has block-out curtains, a ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi access, mosquito prevention gadgets, tea- and coffee-making facilities, including complimentary milk, sugar. Guests can enjoy a hot beverage on the verandah, and admire the lovely view of the garden and Albert Falls Dam below. This room is only for 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 5 years old.

Description
The Cottage is a small, free standing abode separate from The View and can accommodates a maximum of 4 adults. The couch in the lounge could accommodate 1 small child. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and the second bedroom, a double bed. There is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchenette area. The cottage operates on gas and electricity but cold and hot water will only be available when there is power. Being away from the main establishment, there is no Wi-Fi coverage. There are mobile fans in each room. The patio has a view of the Albert Falls Dam and is large enough for a table and chairs, gas braai and half drum braai. Guests must provide own wood, charcoal and firelighters. Parking is open and 1 vehicle will fit into the area outside the bedrooms. Being on a farm, Guests will get to enjoy all sorts of wildlife as well as a variety of bats and owls some of which roost or nest outside and inside our roofing. We will make every effort to minimize any potential inhabitants viz a viz disturbances but cannot guarantee perfect quiet.
