Description

The Villa Salt Rock is a semi-detached unit situated in the subtropical Dolphin Coast, in the unspoilt seaside village of Salt Rock. The villa is just 200 meters away from the Salt Rock main beach - a short walk away.

This modern, tastefully decorated villa comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living space and covered patio .

The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a plush king-size bed, luxury linen and fluffy feather pillows. This bedroom has a separate double door into the garden area.

The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds with the same quality of linen and feather pillows. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and storage cupboards.

The shared bathroom is fitted with shower, toilet and basin. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

The living area is open-plan and the galley kitchenette is well-equipped to prepare and cook meals. There is a gas and electric oven, double-door fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, and there is a flat-screen TV with DStv and Netflix. Uncapped WiFi is free throughout the unit and there is a cell phone booster to ensure good connectivity. There are double doors in the living area that open up onto a well-manicured garden and pool area.

The unit is hidden from the road and by a Barringtonia-lined natural stream running through the garden. There is a covered lapa on the pool deck with additional seating and dining areas and stair assistance into and out the pool. There is a second safari feel outdoor covered patio with seating and braai area only for use by guests.

The property also features an Orchid house.
