Description

The White House is a large self-catering holiday villa that is ideal for large group getaways, team-building events, school tours or any other celebration on the coast of the Overberg. The house boasts lovely sea views and an on-site swimming pool. It is only 800 m from the beach.

The upper floor leads to a large balcony with a sea view, seating, a built-in braai, a pool table and dart board (guests must bring their own darts). The ground floor leads to a lovely pool area with another built-in braai.

The villa offers accommodation for 22 guests and has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet.

The large open-plan living area occupies the top floor of the villa and has a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, 3 fridges, 2 freezers, cutlery and crockery. There is also a built-in braai and a braai grid is provided (as well as cast iron pots). This leads to the lounge area with comfortable seating and a TV. Guests can bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. Free WiFi is available.

The house has a generator that can be switched on during loadshedding.

Furthermore, there is ample dining space and a fireplace on the lower floor.

The ground floor offers 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a single bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet and bath and there is also a separate toilet.

The second floor offers 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The third room has a queen-size bed, a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet. The fourth room is nice and spacious and has a queen-size bed, a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and bath. This room also has sliding doors leading to a patio area.

Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own swimming towels.
