Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R12000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

The minimum age for booking is 27. Persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30.
Early and late arrivals or departures are to be by arrangement and subject to availability.
Housekeeping services are available on request and are subject to availability. This is available from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 15:00. A specific time slot will be allocated and communicated to you. Weekends and Public Holidays are at an extra cost and required a 24-hour prior arrangement.
Linen is changed every 6 days.
Bathroom towels are changed every 3 days.
Beach towels are not changed.
Security checks will be done prior to and at check-in. Health screening and declaration will be done prior to and at check-in.
Guests and their visitors enter and stay at this establishment at their own risk.
No unauthorised persons, other than official guests checked in, are allowed on the property.
No smoking is allowed inside the property, only outside.
Furniture is not allowed to be rearranged.
No private events are allowed.
No noise is allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.
Lost keys or garage controls surcharge will be applied.
