Three Cliffs offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely holiday home overlooking the ocean in Kwaaiwater in Hermanus. This tastefully furnished home offers ample space to relax in, with panoramic views of both the sea and Overberg mountains. The cliff path is just across the road from the house, which provides easy access for walking or jogging.

The house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main upstairs bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and has a sliding door opening onto the ocean-facing balcony. The second upstairs mountain-facing bedroom contains a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and leads to the garden-facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The third and fourth bedrooms are situated downstairs and contains 2 single beds in each. Both bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The third bedroom opens onto the downstairs patio, garden and swimming pool area. A beautifully crafted outside staircase provides access from the patio to the top balcony, where guests can enter the main living area. The fourth bedroom leads to the quaint front garden.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a fireplace, and a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, and a kettle and toaster, as well as a dishwasher for convenience. Downstairs, the second living area has a flat-screen TV with Netflix.

Additional features include portable braai facilities, outdoor dining, a serving hatch with mountain views to the back balcony area, an outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, secure garage parking for 2 cars, and off-street parking. A laundry area with a tumble-dryer and washing machine can be found in the garage.
