Description

Throne Manor is a beautiful self-catering house nestled within a secure complex in Southbroom. Situated on the banks of the Umkobi Lagoon, the house provides stunning views of the ocean and river.

This multi-level home comfortably accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom, located upstairs, is furnished with a king-size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath. The second and third bedrooms are both on the first floor and each contains a queen-size bed. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Linen and towels are provided.

There is a spacious kitchen, lounge, and dining room on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining area has a 6-seater dining table, while the air-conditioned lounge features a comfy seating area and a Smart TV. It opens onto a balcony with gas braai facilities as well as an outdoor dining table with stunning ocean views in the backdrop. Guests are also afforded free Wi-Fi and covered parking.

The complex boasts a communal swimming pool where guests can cool down on hot summer days. In the event of any power outages or water shortages, the property is equipped with a backup water tank and an inverter with a battery system.
