Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
No check-ins are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
An R1500 key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5-7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order.
Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilising the premises. Please furnish the host with your banking details on arrival.
The keys will not be handed over unless the key and breakage deposit have been received.
Please note this holiday home is located in a complex (Die Kom) managed by a body corporate and no noise or parties of any kind are tolerated. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with no refund should any guest contravene these rules.
Please remain respectful at all times.
Parties and loud music are not allowed. If you or your visitors misbehave, the host has the right to cancel your booking and ask you to leave.
