I love it, will definitely go back there.

It was good. I can't complain, just struggling with the TV and the walls were full of marks. Need to wash the walls.

No forewarning of bathroom renovation work being done the 2 full days that we were there.

Melinda and Mark were most gracious in trying to work around us, but the intrusion and grouting dust on everything was not the quiet alone time we wanted. We understand it was an unexpected water problem and thus had sympathy for Melinda and Mark and their son who really were outstanding in striving to complete the bathroom for use. We are greatly, greatly disappointed that there was no apology or compensation, or attempt at placing us elsewhere. We have stayed there before and it suits our needs, but maybe not again. Flying into CT, we had no phone service for anyone to call us. Many efforts were made to finally get a number that someone could call die website for us. Something to improve your service overall: When people arrive at the airport, times can vary greatly. To assist the host greeting you, it is essential that they can contact each other.

There was a mouldy smoke smell or maybe the mop was not clean enough and left a bad odour in passage.

We enjoyed our stay at Tranquil Impulse on Strand, kids had so much fun since TV was equipped with Netflix, YouTube and DStv, they felt right at home. Apartment has everything that you need and hotel staff was very friendly. We will definitely book again.

Although staff went out of their way to accommodate us with parking, it would be nice if each room had a designated parking bay.

Ek wil graag aanbeveel dat hulle nuwe kussings aanskaf, want dit wat daar is is nie meer kussings nie. Die yskassie maak nog net koud, maar vries nie eens 'n ysbakkie nie en ons het dit snags afgesit, want hy raas te veel, kort gas. Verder was dit lekker.

Hulle is liefde, ek hou baie van die stil en mooi plek en hoe die mense ons gehelp het, baie dankie.

Ek sou aanbeveel dat jul die beskrywing verander om te reisigers in te lig dat hul op die straat moet parkeer. En dat veilige parkering beskikbaar is teen 'n ekstra tarief van R50 per dag.

Ons travel baie vir tennis-toernooie en is altyd op soek na plekke wat naby die tennis venues is en naby winkels.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has swimming pool and is situated on the beach front.

There are some morning noises, but all else is wonderful.

Hotel managers and staff not that friendly if you book privately and not via the hotel. Parking was an issue. Didn't have space for us to park undercover. Also there is a terrible smell in the hall ways. When you get out the lift the smell starts when you come out the room there is a smell in the passage.

When I searched for accommodation I searched for an apartment not a room with a kitchen. And the price I paid I was sure that I was getting an apartment not a room with a kitchen. The price you advertise now for 203 (585 per night) is not what I paid and if I new I was only getting a room I certainly would not have paid R953 per night. I have made use of accommodations a few times and have never been as disappointed in my accommodation as I was now.

It was a lovely apartment, but it was not clearly communicated to me that the building is entirely smoke-free. As a smoker, I would not have booked there if I had known.

Baie gerieflik en die personeel is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die geriewe is puik en skort niks nie. Sou net graag bietjie ’n see-uitsig wou hê en onderdakparkering. Maar beslis waarde vir geld.

It was fantastic. A place to go back again.

The weather was not that great, but the show went on. We really enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival with the sweetest lady and it made our weekend. Thumbs up for the nices weekend

Geen see-uitsig, reuse teleurstelling, dit was nie gemeld in die reklame nie. Die persoon wat ons hanteer het verdien volpunte.
