Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The breakage/noise deposit is refundable 24 hours after check-out, provided all house rules are observed in particular noise restrictions and not permitting any person not booked into the apartment access to the estate, including leaving the apartment neat, kitchen included and observing 10 am check-out.
We unfortunately, do not accept student groups, bachelor-, bachelorette parties or groups as we are only suitable for families or couples.
