Their managing agents need to improve their customer service.

Staying at Trevi C was good, but dealing with their managing agents was a huge inconvenience. As the customer, I'm paying for a facility yet we get scrutinised as if they're doing us a favour. Their check in time is at 14:00 and the check out time is at 9:00. They expect payment within 24 hours, yet the return of the breakage deposit takes weeks to be refunded they speak about their accountant these people make a holiday a nightmare and I will never deal with them again. The place was very nice, but there where a lot of hidden costs like the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Imagine We weren't allowed to use the Jacuzzi even though I payed for it. The Jacuzzi was leaking as well and this caused the patio to constantly be wet.
