Fantastic experience.

Clean, friendly, professional and safe. The rooms were kept spotless and as we had to leave early, we were treated with a breakfast to-go bag each that kept us going for the whole day. Thank you - we really appreciate your strive for excellence!

Very disappointing.

The Boutique Hotel infrastructure is all there, but is not managed effectively. The windows, pillowcases and chair were dirty. One asked for other pillows but still got stained slops. There is a potty at the front door of the breakfast area that keeps the door open. It is full of old dust balls and even cobwebs! Maintenance is urgently needed for simple things e.g. Carpet in the hallway, cabinets that come loose. There is even still a Covid sticker.

Stay was good but customer service has to be improved and everyone should be treated fairly.

We were threatened by owner that she’ll call the police for us. It would have been more appropriate if we were spoken to with manners if there was something wrong and owner didn’t like. Breakfast was okay but we were only asked if we eat bacon and not asked if we like French toast, some of the people that came with didn’t eat because they don’t eat eggs and our bread was mixed with eggs. Even though we might have been younger than any other person that booked at the accommodation, fair respect from everybody including management would have been much appreciated.
