It was great, we had space, fun and much needed rest.

The staff was amazing! They were literally at our beck and call. We never needed anything. The ladies were so kind and patient with us. The food was lovely.

Dissapointing.

There were no clear advise on how to enter premises, had to wait outside on arrival. Road to the bed & breakfast was nearly inaccessible due to road works. A large group came and made a lot of noise and staff did not address this while they stay on-site. At 1 am a complaint was made in order to get some sleep. In the morning wanted to have a breakfast with my child but once again staff removed our table and chairs to accommodate the group. Management were informed and they were receptive to the criticism, and the staff was friendly and willing to assist, but does not remedy a generally disappointing stay. I would recommend that if you intend to stay, first enquire if there is a group also staying, if so then I would avoid TshiBerry.

We appreciate your review on your stay with us. Needles to say how disappointed we are to learn that your stay did not turn out to be what you came to expect from us.

Groups are a dynamic clientele to be well managed and we do acknowlege that in this instance things could have been done better to control the sitiation. Having said that, TshiBerry prides itself in an oustanding customer experience including that of groups. We do emphasize in our house rules that disturbing the peace of other guests is prohibited and we do get odd bookings that do disregard this.

We have had a team discussions to learn from this incident and we have put measures in place to curb and deal with similar situation should it arise.

With regards to the road, this is a necessary inconvenience for all our guests. We have had numerous complaints due to bad state of the road and we are glad to report that after a long wait for authorities to help, we decided to do repairs ourselves. We look forward to welcoming guests driving without concern to reach our establishment.

TshiBerry prides itself in best service it offers, rooms that are clean & presentable. We do believe that we are not to be avoided if visitors are looking for excellent service and a wonderful stay while in Rustenburg area.

What an amazing place we stayed at.

This was the best decision to book with them, their hospitality is out of this world. They go all out to make their guest feel at home. Our kids loved their place, they also enjoyed the swim. The ladies and gentlemen made sure we are welcomed at their establishment. Their food was amazing, we enjoyed our dessert as well. We had to give them a tip when we checked out, that is how great the team was. We are definitely coming back soon.

My stay at Tshiberry was the best I've had in a long time in the North West. Their service is of the utmost best. I only wished to stay longer.

The place is beautiful and the service was excellent.
