Twelveon1st offers cosy self-catering accommodation with a separate entrance on the owner’s property in the heart of Fish Hoek. It could be an ideal option for a small family wanting to explore the Mother City as the cottage is backed up by solar panels and is within walking distance to the Fish Hoek beach.

This cottage can comfortably accommodate 3 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a TV with Netflix and Youtube. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen, bath towels, and 3 beach towels are provided.

The living area features a kitchen equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining space with a three-quarter bed. This area opens to a cosy lounge space with comfy seating where guests can relax. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
