Die eenheid is netjies, maar geen kaste om klere in te pak in slaapkamer. Daar is 1 kas in TV-kamer. Het Slim-TV met Netflix en DStv Now sowel as WiFi geniet. Geen wasgoedrak om nat klere op te hang. Het bad groot bad geniet. Slegte ligging direk langs raserige kuierplek en taxi-halte.

Het dit geniet. Sal nie vir ouers met jong kinders of ouer mense aanraai nie. Dit is beter vir studente of mense wat nie omgee oor geraas nie.
