This first-floor unit accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and uses the second bathroom with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. The living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. The lounge has comfy seating with a TV that has Netflix and a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Next to the lounge is a dining table. The living area leads out to a covered patio with a dining area opening up onto the garden, with easy access to the communal swimming pool, braai area, beach access and sun loungers.

Inventory is available in the kitchen. Breakages will be invoiced within 10 days of departure.
Basic cleaning (making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping and washing of breakfast dishes) is included Mon-Sat, 9 am - 12 am, please ensure you are not in the bedrooms during these times, if you wish for your bed to be made. Additional cleaning for Sundays and Public Holidays is available at an additional fee and to be arranged with the owners prior to arrival.
Departure is no later than 10.00. Kindly ensure the following :
Air conditioning and lights are turned off
All windows and doors are closed and locked
All dishes are stacked in the dishwasher
All furniture has been returned to its rightful position
