Average and disappointing compared to expectations.

I was very disappointed as I felt like I was being catfished by the pictures of the place compared to the apartment itself. It is completely different. The apartment building had residents living there. I was under the impression we would be above an urban oasis restaurant/bar as per the pictures so in actual fact it was very disappointing. The housekeeper came to clean the apartment after 2 pm, that is so late for a place to be cleaned.

Horrible experience.

Linen/bedding/pillows in poor condition. Brokenware dirty in cabinet. Drying cloth dirty. Towels have dirty marks/stains on them. Cleaning service pathetic.

Hi Johan, we are quite disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We manage five apartments in this building and while they are very similar in size and furnishings, they are on different floors. The photos on our listings are accurate and recent and are a true reflection of the apartments as well as the views.
We checked on the actual booking and saw you were in one of our two bedroom apartments on the eleventh floor, looking straight onto Table Mountain, so we are a bit confused about the comment about the views not being as expected.
The layout of the two bedrooms was done with a family in mind, being two single beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom, both with an en-suite.
Again, we are sorry we could not meet your expectations, we hope you still had a good time in our city.
