Valley Views 1 is a modern, duplex townhouse unit situated in Ramsgate. Although it has no sea views the apartment is only 1 km from the beach and has a lovely tranquil garden with its own splash pool and is pet friendly with permission.

The townhouse can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. All bedrooms are on the first floor and are fitted with ceiling fans. The guest bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. All linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine is proved in the garage. The lounge suite is tastefully decorated and has seating for 6 and a flat-screen TV with an Openview decoder provided for your use. Should you wish to watch DStv you will need to bring your own decoder, smart card and cables. There is also a guest toilet off the lounge.

The garden area is fenced off and has a braai pit as well as a splash pool. There is a covered patio off the lounge with a patio table and 6 chairs, as well as a Weber braai provided for your use. The unit also has a garage as well as extra parking for 1 car.
