Description
Cottage 1 is a small two-level house that features a kitchen equipped with a microwave, electric frying pan, kettle and fridge. There is a cosy sitting area and a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor. The bedroom is located on the upper level, nestled beneath a pitched roof, and furnished with a queen-size bed. There is a lovely outdoor patio with a table and chairs for your enjoyment. Guests have access to the Lapa where there is a stove for cooking big meals. The cottage is not suitable for tall people.

We live solely off rain water so you'll see lots of rain water tanks all around.
Kindly avoid making loud noise or disturbing the other farm guests particular between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00.
The pool and communal area is for all guest to be used and enjoyed. Please note that the use of the facilities is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children, please make sure they stay save around the pool and also around the earth dams on the property.
No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet.
Kindly only make fires in the designated braai or fireplaces. In case of fire: use the fire extinguisher in your cottage and notify the guest farm’s owners immediately.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight on the property.
Although the guesthouse owners have taken responsible steps to ensure the safety and security of all guests and their possessions, guests retain final responsibility for their own safety and security. The management is not responsible for lost items. Please lock the cottage doors when you leave and keep your car doors locked.
Please report any damages immediately.
Not following the house rules can result in fines, eviction, or both.
