The first flat with beautiful sea and pool views, is located on the top floor of the owner's house and is accessible via two flights of stairs. It comprises of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a double sleeper couch in the living room, ideal for guests. Bedding and towels are provided for guests' convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a TV with Open View DStv offering limited channels. The dining room is spacious with ample seating and dining. There are board games, puzzles and books for entertainment. The lounge leads to the balcony, providing a portable barbecue. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool area, which will be shared with the downstairs pool flat.
