The Flatlet is located on the ground floor, beneath the Main House and has its own private entrance. The flatlet can accommodate 3 guests and contains a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The flatlet has a small kitchenette fitted with a fridge-freezer, a 2-plate mini-stove and oven, and a kettle.

House Rules
- In addition to the rate in the table above there is an additional cleaning fee for the house of R1200 and R180 for the flat
- A refundable breakage deposit for the house of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment. We do not require a breakage deposit for the flat
- The Main House and the Flatlet can be rented out together for groups of up to 11 guests.
- The house has 3 levels with 2 flights of steps, therefore is not suitable for guests with disabilities.
- Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
- The property is not suited for toddlers or small children that can not swim
- Strictly no parties, events, loud music, or noise allowed.
- Properties are in residential areas. All properties have quiet time restrictions between 23:00 and 06:00.
- Beach Gypsy properties are furnished with a full set of linen. A bath towel is provided for each guest. Please do not use towels in such a way that it gets stained e.g., hair dye or make-up. Stained towels will be replaced at your cost. Towels may not be taken to the beach.
- Please ensure you rinse off excess beach sand from your body. No sitting on couches with wet attire.
- Overcrowding, additional, or overnight visitors is strictly prohibited.
- Flammable or other dangerous articles may not be brought onto the property.
- The use of braai equipment is restricted to a dedicated area. Do not move Braai equipment or furniture.
- There is no indoor braai on the property.
- Please check the contents of the unit and report any damaged items. Failing to do so may result in you being held responsible for the replacement of such damaged or missing items. Any spillages, stains, damages, etc. during your stay must be similarly reported and will be replaced for uniformity’s sake. The cost will be for your account.
- An additional fee will be due if the apartment/house is left excessively dirty.
- The house is not serviced daily. A Service of the unit, at an additional cost, can be arranged.
- Absolutely no drugs, vaping, hookah/hubbly bubbly of any kind are permitted on the premises.
- Always lock the front door & close windows when you leave or go to sleep.
- Lost keys will be charged for at R350.
- Safety and Security: It is the sole responsibility of guests to ensure they plan for adequate insurance cover on all valuable items as well as medical & personal travel insurance.
- If guests only book the flatlet, they may not use the pool.

- Guests / enter and use establishment at their own risk. The proprietor, its agent/s and /or its employee/s shall not be liable for, and the guest/ s hereby waive/s and abandon any claims of whatever nature including, but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss, or damage negligence or otherwise of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietors default, negligence or otherwise. We reserve the right to remove/evict anyone from the property that breaks or disobeys the house rules, terms & conditions of hire.

Description
The Main House can accommodate up to 8 guests and is laid out over 3 levels. The upstairs top floor contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom contains 1 king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, a toilet, and a wash basin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The middle level of the house contains an open-plan kitchen and scullery, dining and living area, a bar and a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezers, stove and oven, microwave, and a scullery with a dishwasher. The kitchen has sliding doors opening to a balcony with outdoor dining furniture. The dining area contains a round 10-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge is large and comfy with seating and a flat-screen TV. The bar area has glass doors that open out to the swimming pool and garden area. There is an outdoor braai area.
