Not good at all.

The dishwasher leaked. Carpets were full of holes. DSTV cable was broken. Light bulbs were blown. It says serviced, but no one came to clean. The chairs had no stuffing and felt like we were sitting on the floor. The entire unit was in dire need of maintenance. Wooden door and window frames were not airtight. This also meant we couldn't lock up properly at night.
