Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Guests are advised that dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
Please treat this as your home from home, please look after it and return in the condition you found it in.
Smoking is allowed outside on the decks please use ashtrays and clean them out after use.
Place all deck cushions inside the house if it looks like rain or on departure.
Guests are requested to only use the downstairs BBQ/indoor braai, and to make a fire in the ember maker provided on the right-hand side, the coals can be raked over to the left as the light located inside will burst if exposed to direct fire or extreme heat.
Guests are requested to make use of a shower before using the jacuzzi, and place it in "rest" and "low temp" when not in use and at the end of an evening.
Electricity has been preloaded for all the household allows for 1 H 30 mins of Jacuzzi usage per day. The Jacuzzi uses R100 per hour of use. Additional electricity can be bought online or at the local shop, and the metre number is on the electricity box in the cupboard next to the fridge
All appliances' operation manuals are in the top drawer in the kitchen under the microwave.
The breakage deposit will be returned on the day after check out after inspection has taken place. Any damages or breakages to please be communicated to the owner on check out or if remote check out by Whatsapp.
An additional cleaning fee will be applicable should it be deemed necessary.
Guests are requested to use the black rubbish bags provided and place them in the green municipal bins at the front of the property before departure to discourage baboons from foraging.
