Villa Del Sol 12 Deftige dame is a well-equipped self-catering apartment, that is tastefully furnished and has sea views. It is located in the secure Villa Del Sol 3-star resort between Margate and Ramsgate and is situated 50 m from the beach and tidal pool and is also within walking distance from the town centre and main beach.

This unit has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has a triple bunk bed and 1 single bed. These 2 rooms share the use of 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath, and the other fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In addition, there’s also a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. Leading from the kitchen is the living room, furnished with comfortable couches, and a smart TV with access to free Wi-Fi.

The lounge expands to the patio with outdoor seating space, and a built-in braai area, with partial sea views.
